What is the definition of Business entity under GST?
Business entity would mean any persons including individual who carries out any of the following activities in ordinary course –
(a) industry,
(b) commerce,
(c) any other business , or
(d) profession.
Now if the turnover exceed the threshold limit given under GST Act it will be called registered business entity.
