Can anyone tell me the business code to be discloed in ITR 3 for Speculation Business?
I also want to know whether in case of filing return of partner, is it required to mention business code?

1. Speculative business can be product or goods specific, but in general '13018' can be useful.
2. Code of firm not necessary. Code to be mentioned if partner is also doing the business under proprietorship.

but these codes starting 130... for intermediateries (brokers) and not for person investing in stock as speculative
