buisniness name

dear sir

i am an engineer working with my father in law's proprietorship company. i am filing tax return as self employed professional. now i want to take home loan so bank peoples are asking my nature of buisiness and buisiness name etc. since i am taking some 20,000/- amt cheque in my personal name and depositing i don,t have any buisiness name. what to do. pl. suggest . in itr-4 what shouls i write aganist buisiness name .
