Will he able to deliver the dream budget ? or give the usual disappointments ?
Anyway, lets have talk on what do you expect from him this time.
Here's my opinion on Tax Slab for individuals:
0% Below 150,000/-
10% 150,001/- to 250,000/-
20% 250,000/- and Above
Surcharge+ 30% Above 15,00,000/-

I think,
100,000 - 130,000 10%
130,001 - 200,000 15%
200,000 - 500,000 20%
500,000+ 30%
No surcharge to be levied on individual....
If he did something of this sort then it wud be called as dream budget for common man....

Mr.Mokashi.. ur's is Capital idea.But in my opinion,Mr.FM won't agree to 30% 15,00,000.

i don think individual tax rate are going to be change
I wish all your expectations come true but I have my own fears and don't think that a tax rate of 30% for income above 5Lkh is feasible..

There should not be income tax in india any more. Expenditure Tax should replace income tax.
i am expecting that the basic exemption limit will increase
I do agree with Rahul that surcharge should not be levied on individuals at all
