i hv cleared the BSNL JAO EXAM 2010

i want to know is my selection final?

the only info on the website is as follows

RESULTS - Junior Account Officer (JAO) held by BSNL on 14.03.2010

The result of the JAO Exam held by BSNL on 14.03.2010 has been declared.

Successful candidates may please note that further communication regarding pre-appointment formalities etc. would be sent to them by the office of the respective Chief General Managers of the respective Circle to which they have been provisionally allocated. This would take about one month. In case no intimation is received within a month, they are advised to approach the respective BSNL Circle Offices.

A request:

If anyone who is selected as BSNL JAO for Haryana circle and want transfer to UP(west) i.e NOIDA,Ghaziyabad,Meerut etc. Plz be in touch with me. My ID is cacsnitin @ gmail.com. As transfer is based on mutual basis. And if anyone is having any idea about the starting gross salary then plz tell. The starting pay scale is 20,500 pm excluding HRA, PERKS,LTC etc claimed by the corporation.

One of my friend got the gujarat circle, and also got the call letter on 24 april, is there anybody else who has got the call letter? i have not received yet.
