It seems there is no software in Excel for BRS. Whereas we can make the BRS in Excel in an easy manner. First we can download the Bank datas (if its in tally) in excel thro' export. Keep the Orignal exported sheet and copy the same in the next sheet. The reason is if anything goes wrong you need not once again export it and keep the Original as Original. In the Copied sheet you can sort in ascending order of Payments & Receipts. From that its easy for you to check & find out the realised dt from the Printed Statement. Now you can incorporate the dates in the bank data & get the result. To do much easier in excel make a * in realised items and filter it for the unmarked items . Find out the total with open balance arrive the balance & check with Bank statement. All the best.
