Brand Registration

In my opinion, you have to go for registration of Trademark for every product. Because under Trade Mark Act, every Mark is registered under different class so that it would not cause confusion to the public.

You have to file application in form TM-1 along with a fee of Rs. 3500 for each class along with required documents to apply for the registration of Trademark.

Thanks for the response sir but there might be some way out for getting brand name registered which covers all products. the number products along with the category can be given at the time of applying for that brand name.

Yes, you can also file form TM-52. It is a  single application under section 18(2) for the registration of a trade mark for different classes of goods or services. The fee is 3500 per class.

But, no benefit for the Company as fee is same and the procedure is same.
