Is GST applicable on branch to branch transfer. If yes please tell me what is the section no

GST not applicable for intra state branch transfers...
But, GST applicable for inter State BRANCH TRANSFERS*. It's treated as Inter state sales. Bcoz, Both are different GSTIN....
