Dear Sir/Madam, We are going to transfer the stock to our branch office in delhi, we are manufacture of food products in karnataka, we are transfer the stock by ' F Form ' whether we have to pay Exice duty in this case

Yes, you can transfer the goods after payment of excise duty.
