both are good but according to me t. n. manoharan is best for exms.

U CAN ALSO GO FOR "AJAY JAIN" BOOK......

I STUDIED FROM AJAY JAIN BOOK .........I SECURE 54 MARKS......IN TAX...

singhania is a vast book, bt a gud book to read except vat and  ST. otherwise its gud

T.N Manoharan is best

For Income Tax theory part refer == T.N. manoharan or Girish Ahuja

For Income Tax numerical part refer == V.K. Singhania

In a short span of time if u wana cover Tax go wit CA. T.N. Manoharan sirs book.

If u have enough n much time u can opt for Singhania, since it wil consume much

time to cover the whole of his book.

accord to me singhania is best for numerical and ahuja for theorical purpose and ajay jain for short notes .....
