Sir, I am a job contractor under Govt. Of West Bengal.i.e. Text Book binding, Ballot Paper and Other govt form Printing.all of the materials supply by govt.Now, this Job is liable for service tax? Govt deduct Tds from me. also sub contractor work under me.They can charged service tax in the Bill? can i Liable for paying service tax? Please help me.

YOU SHOULD BE CHARGE SERVICE TAX TO GOVT IN YOUR BILL AS PER YOUR WORK ORDER
YOU CAN TAKE INPUTE CREDIT AGAINST YOUR SUB CONTRACTOR BILLS SERBVICE TAX
PLZ CHECK IN WHICH SECTION OR HOW % GOVT. DEDTUCE TDS FROM YOUR BILL PAYMENT
thank you sir. But,Sir My sub contractor is not charged service tax in bill.and he was not registered to service tax. and i am also not registered
