PC Tulsian or Hanif, both are good. I guess both are Tata Mcgrawhill.

Prefer Institute Material 

Go with Institute's material but dont waste ur time on too lengthy sums which require long calculations ( mostly in stats. portion) . also if possible do refer maths books of std, 11 and 12 science stream..you will surely get a firm grip on maths portion if u do so ..( i being a student of science background found maths portion easy especially integration and differenciation..these chapters are dealt in detail in 11th and 12th books..even all other chapters are there in these books)

And for stasts.. institute module is enough but for more practice you can go for QA books by s.chand publications.
