Yes. The Bonus shares to be issued should be fully paid up.

As per Co.Act,1956 only fully paid up shares are eligible for issue of bonus shares, if they are parly paid u then must be first made fully paid up

Yes..Bonus shares to be issued and The shares on which bonus shares are issued ,both should be fully paid up..
