Bonafide certificate from icai

If all your Records are Allrite ,and you approach icai with genuineness of your requirement ,why do they not help you.Speak to ICAI 

hey khalid, i had the exact same issue...  I always used to take bonafide letter from the ICAI branch office on their letter head and with their seal, in my case Ernakulam branch, and get it attested by the Ministry of external affairs and then subsequently the saudi embassy in india through an agency. I never tried to get from the institute directly, figured its much less hassle this way.  But whether the Branch issues you a letter or not depends upon the helpfulness of the branch in charge there. I need to apply for a passport, all my id proofs bear the address of my home town, and i am currently in Chennai pursuing my articles, due to which i dont have any permanent address to be given while applying for the passport.

Could anyone let me know if i can get a Bonafide certificate from the ICAI for the same.
