Board resolution for appointing a pro

In resolution nothing to be maitained just follow the section applicable to the appointment of Public relation officer.

For appointing someone as PRO there is no section in company Law. Simply pass a board resolution. Find below a sample.

"Resolved that pursuant to the relevant provisions of the companies act, 1956 and company policy, Mr. Somesh Jha, deputy general Manager of the company be and is hereby appointed as Public Relation Officer with immediate effect."
