CAn anyone give me a Board Resolution for acquisition of shares in Pvt. Co
How is the consideration calculated in case of transfer of shares in PVt Co.

The AOA of the Investee company (Private Limited) needs to be verified for value of consideration. Also the laws of Income Tax needs to checked to maintain the minimum valuation as per those laws.
