I have two queries related to Board Meetings
1.A Board Meeting has been adjourned for want of quorum.what if there is no quorum in the adjourned meeting also?
2.Please explain what is Passing of resolution by circulation....

A Board Meeting has been adjourned for want of quorum.what if there is no quorum in the adjourned meeting also?
Ans : If Adjourned meeting not held bcoz of Quorum, then adjourned meeting can't adjourne again... i.e it is the contravention of Section 285 if it is the first meeting in the particular quarter (in the block of three months)
