Shorter Notice shall be stated in the Notice.

Decisons taken at such shorter notice Board Meeting shall be circulated to all director and decisions shall be final only on ratification made by majority of Directors of the Company, unless such decisions were approved at the Meeting itself by majority of the Directors of the Company.
