how to check HSN code and SAC code wise on which I cannot take input tax credit..

The restriction is basically on the nature and may not be possible HSN wise..
Blocked credits are specified in section 17(5) of CGST Act.
The blocked credits based on the nature of Business and it's requirements (furtherance of business).
Better to check out the details based on Your business and then reverse the said ITC.
