It's not about should you continue ca or not..its about do u want to continue or not..I believe ca is a journey which requires firm determination and a lot more patience..

But ankita now I have a fear that my patience is not made my life silence

Do what you want to do like..so that you do not regret at any point of time....p.

If u Donn't have patience and no other support available for u like family condition,then u should leave the ca course and try for govt.job.

Ankit..have u completed articleship.2. Have u ever asked for answer sheets from icai and compared with suggested answers? If so is there any improvements in writing methodology... Analyze yourself. If you learnt ur mistakes u will definitely be successful in life.take your decisions earlier and build confidence to face the reality in life.
