Birth date is not displaying in my online ipcc form.

I had created my new id to fill ipcc online form. While creating my id , i had filled my birth date. But when i opened my id with my login id and password, every thing is fine except birth date. Birth date is blank.

i had contacted to institute in [01203054810] number. They are telling that its my fault and i should write my birth date with pen in the pdf file and give a letter with it.

I want to ask you that, is any risk is there in filling the form without birth date. Please guide me that WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW?
