there is a spelling mistake at company name on a invoice I received for purchase of goods. but the address and gstin are right.
so I need to change the mistaken name by contacting supplier or this invoice itslef enough for ITC on GST ???
Credit will be available on basis of GSTR-2A as your vendor has mentioned GSTIN correctly so you will get Credit.
But i will suggest that you should get revise the invoice because as per RULE 46 of CGST there is requirement to mention NAME of Recipient, hence you can face problem is future at time of AUDIT
