If I am from surat, purchase from vapi but good delivery at vasai Maharashtra. What would be the tax, igst or s & c Gst

Where is vapi? Assuming it is in Maharastra , since bill to will be Surat and ship to will be Vasai, maharastra,IGST Will be applicable.

CGST/SGST Always consider Bill to party. The bill to party will then raise an invoice and pass credit to your ship to party.

As the supplier and bill to party is at GUJRAT hence CGST/SGST will be applied  .pL As Per Clause (b) under section 10(1) of IGST act.
