it will be maintained by registered person...suppose someone give me bill who is not registered under GST so how to maintain sequence of bill???

You have to pay RCM on such transaction & raise one bill in your name for reverse charge supply on purchase from unregistered dealer.

You can create Voucher and Self invoice....

there are two types of reverse charge 1is 3.1 d & 4 A.(3). in which we have to take GST reverse charge
