The ammendment proposed by our ICAI was sanctioned, but some of CA's opposing that, so on our GOVT transfered it to MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS for sanction....!
To Get Sanctioned from our President it took more than 1 1/2 year, for this......?!
