Big bad experience

even i experienced the same 1year back..........

We should not feel bad by considering this......

One or the other day they will know our importance.........

Thinking about them is waste of time...........

One suggestion from me is -------

1.Go to a firm where each and every person is respected irrespective of their designation

2.Where individuality has importance

3.Where you can feel work environment as study environment and not a burden

4.Choose a medium size firm where you can have interaction with auditors (Partners) and not the audit staff ( what i mean by this is - u feel more responsible when u r going to work with partner but u wont feel such responsibility when u r going to report to audit manager who in turn report to partner)

just read the story about our former president Dr APJ Abdul Kalam....his dream was to join Air Force. and fly for India

so he went  for interview with the Air Force Selection Board. , the interview was more on personality test, rather than testing his knowledge. He stood ninth in the batch of 25, and eight officers were selected to be commissioned in the Air Force. Kalam could feel the opportunity to join the Air Force slipping from his hands.

So what! He came to a position where the Entire Air force was under his Command....
