Practice is good but needs more efforts than employement

Yes i totally agree with Amit Practice is better but give more effort than employment

itz a tough job

BUT U MUST  KNOW HOW TO TACKLE THE CLIENTS AND PROBLEMS.

BE SHREWD AND SHARPER.... ACT LIKE PROFESSIONAL WHATEVER U CHOOSE.

The reply given above by all the frenz is absolutely right.....

The Quote " More risk more profit " applies here is well.....

If one had to switch to practice from the job,  then  it is a very wise decision if u are all set to give your 200%.

I had taken the decision for same lets see what happens next ????

I had same query too...I am working with Private Bank from last 3 years. But I want to start my own practice..I have interest in Taxation and Audit......please suggest me...

IF YOU THINK YOU CAN HANDLE YOUR CLIENT BY YOUR LAST 3 YEARS EXPREINCE THEN GO AHEAD. OTHERWISE TRY TO POLISH YOUR SKILL FROM TODAY AND THINK ABOUT IT NEXT YEAR WHEN YOU WILL BE CONFIDENT ENOUGH.
