Dear sir if you higher return than go for fds or mutual funds. And also also can go for ppf as there is tax saving also for you. I hope answer will you in investment. Please compare all the options carefully and then invest in best option. Best of luck and regards.
If you want to just park your surplus funds for 2-3 years, you may invest in annual FDs and renew it each year so that you are invested earning decent returns and also have liquidity in hand.
