Capital Markets and Securities Laws is one of the vital and most important subject of a CS student. The level of knowledge expected is Expert Knowledge. The main problem of this subject is that when you start reading the book, you feel like you have been trapped in an alien territory. But, there is no other go. The best book for this subject is the study material provided by the institute itself. If you refer any other book, it will be more technical. So, better use the study material. It is my personal opinion. You may enquire with other experts too.
