Benefits of Residential Program over Normal GMCS.

the difference lies in the scope & depth of the 2 programmes. for sure, the 3months' programme provides much more opportunity to hone some1's soft skills and aids in overall personality development, muchmore than the 12-day GMCS.

it wud be definitely better if some1 who has gone thro the training, can comment upon this...

In simple words

In spite of 15 days u have to spent 3 months

But u have to stay there only for 3 months

And if u have time, go for 3 months programme

MUCH MUCH Better than GMCS
