I am a B.com Graduate with 41.88% and also a student of IPCC. Is there any rule that by conversion to IPC my article training can be started before passing 1st group as in IPCC. Please reply.

Under "Direct Entry Scheme" existing IPCC students, who are graduates with minimum of 55% marks can covert and will be eligible to start their articleship after ITT and OP. But in your case, you do not have the qualifying marks for conversion and there is no difference between IPCC and IPC. ICAI has just renamed the course.
