Belated return date crossed

regards response, reply that there was no taxable income once you add all income and cross check. Then regads refund, under 9/2015 clause, apply to commissioner of your ao area and seek permission to file return if you want refund.

First go online and reply under coplienace module that return under preparation.

Second, prepare ITR and submit manually to AO. You will not be able to file ITR online as due date has passed.
