I have file form 10IEA for opted out new scheme for the year FY 23-24 on time. related to itr 3, businesses income.
For the Fy 24-25 filed belated return then which scheme apply old or new regime.

Quick Summary
Old tax regime will apply for FY 2024-25 (AY 2025-26), even though you filed a belated return, because:

You had validly opted out of the new tax regime earlier by filing Form 10-IEA on time, and
-
The option continues automatically for all subsequent years for assessees having business income, irrespective of whether the return is original or belated.
Belated filing does NOT switch you back to the new regime.
10IEA Form not filed every year?
No need to file Form 10IEA every year. One assessee can file Form 10IEA only 2 times in his life time. 1st one for Opt out of New tax regime and 2nd one for Opt in to new tax Regime. Thats it.
For belated return compulsory apply new scheme or available old scheme.
