Being a retailer how to claim the GST paid to the Wholesaler

assume ,i am new Retailer having a GST , i buy goods from wholesaler with GST bill , and i sell the goods to the end Customer 
now is there a way i pay only once the TAX than 2 times , to the retailer and the consumer ..? 
can i claim the GST paid to the Whole seller ..?
