My samsung S-5380 cell has some defect due to this cell automatically switch off when power on. Before that I have been already given to the service station for repairing six to seven times. Service station's staff always says that no problem after this servicing but i face problem again and again. And now samsung told me samsung have not any policy to replace cell phone. so all caclub frns before puchase samsung take this advice Samsung not replace cell phone if any defect arrise in our cell phone.

Same thing happened with my friend. His Rs.14000 mobile developed slight snitch and they refused to repair the mobile even when it was in warranty period. He threatened to sue but they did not change their attitude and asked my friend to do whatever he wants.
I am sorry for you and second your advise of not purchasing Samsung mobile and I request you to go an extra mile and launch a complaint in consumer court.
