My Client want to file return of F.Y. 2007-08 now to claim refund of TDS of Rs. 4500.
For this permission of I.T. Commissoner is necessary. Which reasons can we give to obtain such permission?

i have same problem he has business of medical stores & LIC agent & want take LIC tds refund

make P/L account of business and LIC sepearately, show both incomes in tax computation, and set off TDS, if still the TDS is more than tax liability, then claim refund by filing in ITR4
