How much minimum basic pay is Compulsory for salary breakup for a pvt ltd company. if salary is 5k then what would be breakup.

There is no specific limit for basic salary. But you shall keep basic salary should be more so that employee could take benefit of PF savings
To decide basic salary is depend on company/firm policy but when you are deciding basic salary of any person please keep in mind the minimum wages rules define by govt for each worker as per his skill.
