I AM FILLING ITR-3 FOR ASSESSMENT YEAR 2023-24 BUT IN THE NET TAXABLE INCOME (NTI) THE BASIC EXEMPTION LIMIT IS NOT GETTING DEDUCTED FROM NTI.BECUASE OF WHICH TAX PAYABLE IS ALSO COMING HIGHER.KINDLY GUDIE. TRIED FILING THE SAME ONLINE AND BY OFFLINE UTILITY.

Quick Summary
As such for calculation of NTI, there is NO DEFECT in the ITR 3 utility. It is working fine. You may have some income chargeable at specific rate, check schedule SI.
Thank you sir for your prompt response. But there are SI but a meger amount of Rs.10,000/- only. No special incomes as such.
File complaint under Grievance along with screen shot.
Yes Sir have already riased the griverance awaiting resolution of the same.
Actually, we are also facing the issue with tax relief under sec 87A. Raised Grievance, waiting for upgraded version.
