AS SUCH BOTH ITRs CAN BE USED, BUT ITR3 IS SUITABLE WHEN CAPITAL GAINS IS ALSO REQUIRED TO BE DECLARED ALONG WITH PGBP INCOME.

IF no capital gains, and other conditions as per ITR4 are satisfied, Go for ITR4 as its simpler.
