Which bank account you are trying to prevalidate?
Axis bank account, but status is showing request submitted from last 1 month, when it get approved.
As per My experience, Axis Bank not going to be prevalidated.
you can try other bank account..
I also validated HDFC account, but it's also failed due to technical errors
You have to link your PAN card with bank account, and than try to prevalidate bank account.

But sir, PAN card is already linked with bank account, All KYC is also done with bank
If you have a net banking facility than, Login to bank account through net banking and than there is a one Tab after Login in bank site..called " Login to income tax site" you can use that ...
