Hey i would be obliged if someone could tell me as to whether State bank and is subsidiaries are coming under nationalised banks or Public sector bank. I know it governed by state bank act. Please can you also provide me the audit report format to be used for the same and also let me know whether 143(3)(i) will be applicable.

SBI is a public sector bank as per Indian bank association information.
If your query is relating to the companies act then it will be applicable only such provision is not available in RBI Act, banking regulation Act & SBI Acts does not contain the same.
