For what purpose banks are charging processing fees? Is bank require to chrge processing fees every time when C.C A/C is renewed?

Hi,
For renew of CC Account every bank collect processing fees on that. It is a income to bank. Only in case of big customer are exempt from processing fees by valid Sanction passed By BOD Or HO.
