Can anyone upload a template of the Balance Sheet and P&L A/C as per schedule VI with the schedules thereon and also list of the reporting to be made in notes to a/cs

Loan taken from bank against personal gurantee of the Director should be reflected under ''Secured Loans'' OR ''UNSecured Loans'' as per Schedule VI Format of Companies Act??

To consider any loan as Secured or unsecured, I feel you must examine whtether on any assets of the Company a Charge has been created and filed weith ROC in f avour of the lender or not. If created, it is secured and otherwise it is unsecured loan. Personal Guarantee Offered by Direcors is no point for consideration for this purpose..

Sir/Madam,

I wish to clarify one doubt i.e. a company had taken a loan on vehicle.While preparing its Accounts, Is it mandatory to disclose in audit report under CARO 2003 requirements?How should I present that information?Is there any accounting standard should be followed while disclose that information?
