B-1 bond for merchant exporter

if you have exhuasted the current bond and comply with the terms and conditions by submitting proof of export within six months, then you can execute further bond.

actually our current bond is in running condition, now we have received some big orders hence we needed a additional bond to issue CT-1 up to 45 Lacs.  Post shipment documents against current bond yet not received. Please let us know how can we get additional bond.

proof of export is to be submitted within six montths, if in your current bond last export is within six month then you can submit additional bond.
