availibity of ITC for Bank processing fees on overdraft

Our clients are taking cc limits for their business and bank is charging processing fees and 18% GST, clients are also paying charges to a consultancy firm which assisted in loan process and they are also charging GST on their fees
My question is can we can ITC on both charges
