Yes if you can show that Diwali expenses were incurred in the course or furtherance of your business and were not used for your personal consumption.

YES, U HAVE TO THINK ALSO THAT RCM ON EXP IS DEFERED FROM 13 OCT, SO U NEED TO THINK ABOUT DATES ALSO FOR OTHER EXPENSES.
