After death of my father who was a proprietor of a firm, I have approached Jurisdictional officer to add me as authorised signatory. The officer has changed the mail id and mobile no. The officer also tried to add me as authorised signatory and he also followed the requisite procedure and after completing the procedure the portal shows "request sent to GSTN Portal"
But the same has not been shown in portal and the GSTN portal executive says that they have not received the request but I have sent the screenshot given by the officer.
Kindly suggest me the right procedure
