Auditor of the company is not neutral

Hi All,

I have resigned as a director of a company. The auditor of the company is not neutral and he is supportive of the the majority shareholder director.

The majority director has shifted all the goods to his godown on the pretext of closing the company. The auditor has stayed mute all the while.

The auditor now wants to audit the company.

What should anyone do in this situation.

Thanks,

Varun
