ABC Ltd is Holding Co. of XYZ Ltd

PQR is statutory auditor of XYX Ltd(Subsidiary).

Can PQR be appointed as Internal Auditor of ABC Ltd(Holding Co.)

No.. PQR can't be appointed as internal auditor in ABC Ltd.

Agree with Ritu

 

It is not advisable to appoint statutory autotor of subsi as internal auditor of holding co.
