My CA , who was my CA for personal taxes for years has been appointed as an auditor for the pvt ltd that I started in 2012. I am continuing to use his services for filing personal and corporate taxes+TDS filings etc. He has been with my family for a long time, but based on what I read on these forums, I am not sure if his charges are inline with the market. He is based in Bangalore and he is charging Rs 5000 for eFiling (each) quarterly TDS (very few lines - very expensive in my view), about 4000 for personal taxes and 8000 for corporate taxes. Auditing costs about 10,000.
please let me know what to expect for Bangalore area. I have a pvt ltd start up, so I currently do not need fancy accounting or complicated tax structuring etc
